Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry Dough
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Oven Warm-Up: Crank your oven up to 350°F. While it’s getting toasty, grease that baking dish.
  • First Layer: Slap down one sheet of puff pastry at the bottom of your dish.
  • Filling the Good Stuff: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Filling In Place: Pour that creamy concoction over your pastry.
  • Finishing Touches: Toss the other puff pastry sheet on top and get artistic with the melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
  • Baking Time: Pop the dish into your preheated oven. You’re going for a nice golden brown, which’ll take about 30-35 minutes.
  • Chill Out: Let the bars cool in their dish for 30 minutes. Cool cucumbers, right?
  • Get Saucy with Time: Transfer them to the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours. This is perfect for getting that flavor to groove together.
