For the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha:
- 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1 cup milk (whole milk or plant-based alternative, such as almond or oat milk)
- 2–3 tbsp toasted white chocolate (see instructions below)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup optional

For Toasting White Chocolate:
- ½ cup white chocolate chips or finely chopped white chocolate bar
Toast the White Chocolate
Prepare Chocolate: Spread white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool: Remove from the oven and let the toasted white chocolate cool slightly before using.
Prepare the Milk and Chocolate Mixture
Heat Milk: In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
