Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed & chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for richer texture)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
  • ¼ cup diced onion, sautéed Optional

Instructions
 

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.

Layer Ingredients:

  • Spread steamed broccoli evenly in the dish. Top with shredded cheddar.

Make Egg Mixture:

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth. Pour over broccoli and cheese.

Bake:

  • Bake 30-35 minutes until set (knife inserted in center comes out clean).

Rest & Serve:

  • Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
