Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 6 All-butter Croissants

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Crank it up to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Croissants: Slice the buttery beauties in half and lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper—no sticky business here.
  • Stuff the Croissants: Manually stuff cookie dough into croissant halves, ensuring it’s well spread but not overstuffed.
  • Egg Wash: Generously brush the tops with your egg wash because everyone loves a shiny crookie.
  • Bake: They go into the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden perfect.
  • Serve Warm: The crookie is at its peak straight out of the oven—crispy outside and gooey in the middle.
